The Mission of the Branford Chamber of Commerce is to enhance business opportunity for the economic success of our members and the benefit of the community.

The Branford Chamber of Commerce is a not for profit Corporation that exists to provide meaningful opportunities for our members to:

• Market their businesses
• Gain valuable professional and personal development
• Be kept abreast of important government issues that may impact their business
• Allow an opportunity to help enrich the community we live and work in.

The Branford Chamber has been called “the most progressive Chamber on the Shoreline”. It is our philosophy that we exist as a service industry. That service is to gain an understanding of our diverse businesses’ needs and to provide opportunities to meet these needs. It then is incumbent on our members to avail them of that which is offered! As a largely volunteer organization the Chamber represents the classic concept of “you get out of it exactly what you put into it.” The most successful businesses create a symbiotic relationship between the Chamber and themselves!

Branford is home to a wide range of diverse businesses who hail from over twenty different cities or towns and employee over 5,000 employees. These businesses not only excel in their field but give back to their communities in real and meaningful ways. They come together in this organization to promote and expand their business opportunities, learn from each other and make synergies whenever possible.
